Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Lovi! We take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted goods safely from our studio in Windham, Maine. Please review our shipping and local pickup guidelines below.

Processing Times

  • Handmade & Confection Orders: Most items are handcrafted or small-batch produced. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment or pickup.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons (such as our Christmas in July events or the winter holidays), processing times may extend slightly. Any updates will be noted on our homepage.

Domestic Shipping & Warm Weather Notice (United States)

  • Domestic Reach: We ship exclusively within all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) via standard ground carriers (USPS/UPS). We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

  • ☀️ Warm Weather Shipping Notice: We do not ship with ice packs or insulated packaging. During warm months or when shipping to warm climates, heat-sensitive items (such as chocolates and confections) are ordered at your own risk.

  • Delivery Issues: My Lovi is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup (Windham, Maine)

Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our studio.

  • Scheduling: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email to coordinate a pickup time and date.

Local Pickup & Shipping Conversion Policy

If you select “Local Pickup” at checkout but are unable to pick up your items and require them to be shipped instead:

  • Email Invoicing: My Lovi will send a separate shipping invoice via email (to the email address provided in the billing section of your order) for the cost of shipping the items.

  • Payment Window: This shipping invoice must be paid in full within 5 business days of issuance.

  • Non-Payment & Forfeiture: If the shipping invoice is not paid within the 5-business-day timeframe, the order is no longer available, and the original purchase price is strictly non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you select the correct fulfillment method at checkout to ensure a smooth and prompt delivery of your items.
