Processing & Handling Time
All orders require a production and packaging window before we hand them off to the shipping carrier.
- Gourmet Foods & Non-Custom Crafts: Handled and prepared within 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Handcrafted Furniture & Custom Orders: Hand-built and prepared within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Transit Times & Nationwide Delivery
We ship nationwide across the United States using reliable carriers (USPS and UPS). Once your order leaves our workshop, transit times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location relative to Maine.
Total estimated time from checkout to your doorstep is typically 4 to 8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed.
Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated transparently and dynamically at checkout. Rates are based strictly on the total weight and size of your package and your delivery zone. You will see the exact rates before you finalize your payment.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy
We craft our handmade chocolates, confections, jams, and preserves with the highest quality ingredients. Please note that we do not pack ice packs or cold insulation with our shipments.
If you are shipping to a warm climate or placing an order during warmer months (typically May through September), items may melt or soften in transit. All orders shipped during warm conditions or to warm destinations are placed at the customer’s own risk. My Lovi is not responsible for heat-related damage, melting, or spoilage during transit, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for heat damage.
