Our “Field-to-Jar” and “Orchard-to-Jar” preserves are crafted using freshly harvested fruits sourced directly from our own property and trusted local Maine farms. To capture peak flavor and natural freshness, each batch is turned into artisan jams and jellies the exact same day the fruit is picked—often starting at dawn.
