At My Lovi, we take pride in crafting exceptional, made-to-order products. We only ship products to the 50 United States. No territories, other countries, or APOs. All sales are final, and refunds are not available. Please ensure that you have ordered correctly and included the correct shipping address, as corrections after the order has shipped or reshipping are not available. If you selected “local pickup”, but meant to have your order shipped, your product will not be available until shipping charges are paid (an invoice for shipping will be sent to the email on the order). If shipping charges are not paid (within five (5) business days of the email sent regarding shipping payments), the sale is final and no refund will be available.
Shipping chocolates, jams/jellies, or baked goods in warm weather (May through September) or to a warm destination, regardless of the time of year, may cause them to melt if left in an outdoor mailbox. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for melted chocolates or ruined food products.
