At My Lovi, we take pride in crafting exceptional, handcrafted, and made-to-order products. Because our items are custom-made or perishable, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Please ensure that you have ordered correctly and verified your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make address corrections after an order has shipped, and we do not offer free reshipping for carrier-returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship exclusively to the 50 United States. We do not ship to US territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO addresses.

Local Pickup Policy

If you select “Local Pickup” during checkout but require your order to be shipped, your items will not be dispatched or made available until shipping charges are paid in full.

  • An invoice for the required shipping fees will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

  • If shipping charges are not paid within five (5) business days of the invoice date, the sale remains final, the order will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Important Perishable & Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Chocolates, confections, jams, jellies, and baked goods are sensitive to temperature and environmental conditions.

  • Melted or Damaged Perishables: We carefully package our confections to ensure they leave our studio in perfect condition. However, My Lovi is not responsible for products that melt, spoil, or are otherwise damaged due to heat, humidity, or weather conditions during transit or after delivery.

  • Warm Weather & Destinations: Shipping perishables during warm weather months (May through September), or shipping to a warm climate destination at any time of year, carries an inherent risk. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by packages left in outdoor mailboxes, on porches, or in direct sunlight after delivery.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing chocolates or perishable food items from our store, you acknowledge and accept this environmental risk. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for melted chocolates, soft confections, or ruined food items.

Our Commitment to Quality & Damaged Shipments

Our unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship is evident in every handcrafted item we produce, ensuring you receive only the finest. While all items are final sale, your satisfaction is our priority.

If a non-perishable craft or decor item arrives structurally damaged due to shipping carrier transit, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. To help us process a carrier claim, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the shipping packaging.
